- 15. PEOPLE ALWAYS LEAVE MOMENTS - This is the year where separate lives are born and friendships are tested to its core. Some of my friends already label it the PAL symdrome because of its over usage! haha! It's lonely to be alone, nevertheless, missing people can make the coming back worthwhile. Just make sure to come back, you nitwits!
- 14. BUMNESS - I am understimulated this year. As I was saying, I've reached a plateau where anything seems silent and flat amidst the buzz outside of my circle. I have not exercised my license yet. I haven't put it to risk. What a bummer!
- 13. GLOBAL WARMING - This year was a cacophony of Mother Earth's impending wrath. Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng affected more lives than we can ever imagine. News about endangered sea creatures drifting to the shoreline were also increasing. This just means their habitat is not safe anymore that's why they are escaping. Plus, the scorching heat of everyday is just unbearable! Do we really need to hear this monstrosity before we listen to nature?!
- 12. DEATHS - Celebrity deaths from Francis Magalona to Michael Jackson and Cory Aquino. Not to mention a couple of family acquaintances. This year is just plain morbid.
- 11. NO LEYTON - Lucas and Peyton, my favorite One Tree Hill characters were cut from the show's seventh season. Staying true to the OTH flag, I still watch the show and the story is getting better as the season goes, but I still miss the two.
- 10. ONLINE SHOPPING - From books to wardrobe, online shopping at Multiply.com is fun! I bought a lot of books online this year..Plus those that were given as gifts! Now I have lots to catch up on!
- 9. EFREN AND MANNY - Efren Penaflorida and Manny Pacquiao are two of the Philippine's pride! It was my first time to see a Pacquiao match live this year. I never thought I would enjoy it with all its testosterone might, but I actually did! The Pacquiao-Cotto match was a hit! As with Efren Penaflorida, his being really inspires me. His acceptance speech at the CNN Hero of the Year always makes me teary eyed, whether seeing, hearing or reading it. He is a man worth emulating. And of course, there is Arnel Pineda and Charice. Oh well.
- 8. LIFE - They say if something's gone, something will have to replace. This year, two of my cousins gave birth. Cousin Vic Vic to a chubby Miakka and Cousin Angging to twin boys. We are very excited to have the first twins in the family! I am Miakka's Ninang as well as Dennison's, the twin's older brother. Babies are adorable!
- 7. THE CEBU-BOHOL TRIP - This was the most fun family vacation to date! We went on a trip to both cities via land. If only the van walls could talk! haha!
- 6. RIGHT TO SUFFRAGE - Yes, I am finally a registered voter and it will be my first time to vote in the May 2010 elections. I am currently raising awareness on who to vote. (etchos!)
- 5. DRIVING LESSONS - I was not able to make an entry about my driving lessons last time. I took one a couple of months ago and thanks to my kick-ass married-twice mother of an instructor, I am already driving on the road! Not alone yet though.. I still have to convert my student's permit to a license.
- 4. GRADUATE SCHOOL - After 1 year, I am currently on my last 6 academic units. Comprehensive exams and a thesis to go then I'm done!
- 3. PLURK AND TWITTER - If you can't plurk it, tweet it! haha! Plurk, Twitter and Facebook are my ways to stay updated with peeps as well as expressing my everyday quips. If not for them, I'll live in solitary mood all year long! Plus, celebrity replies in Twitter make my day!
- 2. GLEE - My favorite new season show!! Underdogs + musical = Hazel's love!!! My heart goes out to them! It's my midweek stress buster and it never fails to make me smile every time they belt out a song! I get teary eyed with their heartfelt songs! I also play their songs at You Tube repeatedly if I'm really digging it! I am a certified Gleek!!!
- 1. THE RED, YELLOW AND ROUND - This DH thingy is weird and is driving me bananas but sometimes, if not most of the time, it is the only one I've got to escape boredom and depression (especially during those idle internet times) and I found my newest best friend because of it. There are 6 billion people in the world, but sometimes, all you need is one...- one hell of a person, or a non-person for that matter! hahaha! Happy Friday on New Year's!

12 Gifts of Craze-mas
- A mini library for my (still) mini book collection, filled with novels and book sets and a stunning ability to arrange them according to the Dewey Decimal System. Currently, I arrange my books by appearance since I have no inkling on how to arrange them.
- To try eating on one of the pig out spots featured on Discovery Travel and Living's Man v. Food which is currently one of my favorite shows. I swear I'm gonna try to finish those calorific treats!
- To have an all expenses paid overseas vacation with my closest friends. (who wants to come? haha!) - Again, inspired by Discovery's Travel and Living!
- All 5 Shopaholic Series book set and all 10 Princess Diaries Series book set. Saw them last week and they would really look good in that mini library!
- Digital SLR camera and a free one on one tutorial until I shoot like a pro (haha!)
- A home theater equipped with reclining soft seats and a popcorn stand
- Original One Tree Hill, Grey's Anatomy, Glee, Gossip Girl, Mercy, The Vampire Diaries DVD box sets in complete seasons. Plus, Disney Classics and Musicals won't hurt! Of course I need something to watch on that home theater!
- An in house masseuse ready to unkink those stubborn muscles 24/7!
- To work as a production staff in a acclaimed Hollywood film
- For Iloilo to have regular Broadway play productions that comes in an affordable All Seasons Pass so that instead of going to the movies, I can enjoy shows with art and substance.
- The gift of discernment which would allow me to think with reason and foresight on what roads to take
- And of course...dun-dun-dun-dun...True love's first kiss! Haha. Hilarious.

blabber!
hello! i'm here again...hehehe!
- ok, so i watched the movie When Harry Met Sally on V-day night. It was just a plain ol' movie for my mood that night. I thought that I've never seen that movie before but some scenes are just familiar that I may have watched bits and pieces of it before. I should have watched Death Becomes Her. It may sound gory but it's just an old comedy involving twisted necks and a hole in the stomach! Those are the scenes that are stuck in my head since then and surprisingly, those are seen in the movie poster itself! haha! Click the link to view it. I love that movie since I was a kid!
- Also, that night, I discovered that I was not expected to liquidate the cash registers! Darn it! I should have left them alone and spare me the dust and runny nose!
- I just read the Feb 14 papers yesterday. It was said there that Valentines day is SAD. Single Awareness Day! V-day is just one day for love, I have the rest of the year to love! now, ain't that grand?! haha!
- Yesterday was my brother's birthday! He's 13 already! Time flies! As we got home after dinner, I felt "techy". I installed the free DVD player we got from Sun Cellular plans which was lying beneath mama's drawer in their room. OK, that sounded very techy. All I did was just really to place the red, yellow and white cords to the player and the other end connected to the TV and plug the plug. Haha! that's simple, i so thought. So the first disc to go through? My One Tree Hill Season One DVD! There's really no surprise there. I missed that thing! They will go back airing on March, what am I supposed to do? Starve my soul to death? One Tree Hill is soul food!
- I can still remember I started on One Tree Hill marathons last December of 2007. We were practicing our capping ceremony those weeks. As every practice ended, I hurry up to get home just to have more time to watch the series. I was lucky that there were no homeworks or tests or lengthy NCPs that time! I get to watch 3-5 episodes every day after I get home. That was how I get more hooked with the series that I will forever love.
- Funny how until now, I can still remember what lines will be uttered next in some scenes even if I have only watched it once. I can still remember what a character would exactly react or do in some particular scenes. I am still moved by the same lines all over again. I haven't get to the tearing up part but I guess, I'll still cry on the same scenes!
- I feel nostalgic. I feel like my stomach twitched last night as I saw whitey again in the first episode. (OK, you can laugh at how dramatic I can get...) gosh! I missed that baldie! Peyton's hair was a mess! Haley looked geeky, and Brooke, well, a brainless slut, as quoted by her. Nathan and Lucas also looked and acted different. Not to mention Skills! haha! The rivercourt boys really looked like underdogs! haha!
- Oh well, that's life, we just need to grow up and leave the trash behind!
- I have to work on my assignment now. I have to take an OTH break to watch an episode of House, MD for the assignment. ( Dr. House is seen holding a Dhanzel balloon in the poster. Now that made me smile! haha!) Click on the green links!
- I do write long entries even if I intend it to be short, do I? hehe
- love and bliss frecklesnoots!

great TV tuesday!
- one tree hill season 6 episode 11 and gossip girl season 2 episode 11 are sooo great!!
- i love GG's episode today. it was very sad for me towards the end. i cried again! the episode pointed out the best of families and traditions. I'm glad all of them were back to normal or whatever they used to be. sometimes, it can be hard for people to think that they can be "ordinary and plain" amidst the glitters that are Chanel and Manolos. This time, the episode takes us back to what it used to be "last year" where things are a little bit messed up. i love this episode! so heartwarming..makes me look forward to christmas..and it makes me feel, no, not feel, but imagine the cool new york air..how i wish i can feel it right now, here in the philippines. (sigh)
- About one tree hill, my favorite show by far if u haven't known yet, this episode takes me back to the previous seasons as the screenplay takes it to the 1940's. This was written by chad michael murray. and i think it was very creative of him but i gotta say, the resident writers still gets my vote! hehe..a couple of lines can get detached from the whole scene as the scene can get dissociated with the whole episode. like when peyton in blue gown shouts that she needs love, freedom, etc. then twirls around. that was quite a bit cheesy, don't 'ya think?! but hands down to the naley scenes! whoot, whoot! naley scenes never fails to tear me up! hehe..especialy the "always and forever" part. i also love the fact that they have incorporated some tidbits and lines from the previous season, like the part where haley said that the rain made her stay in tree hill. It was actually raining when nathan first proposed to her.
- This is one of those those-were-the-days-when episodes wherein you wouldn't get it if you are not a fan. hehe.. i love their dresses and make up and of course the set! i always had a fascination of things that are old and vintage. and when i learned that this week's episode would be set in 1940's, i was surprised, intrigued and very happy at the same time! mixed feelings..hehe! i was also looking forward for the episode that chad wrote so when i learned that it's also this one, it made my excitement overflow! i am such a one tree hill addict that i can ramble about it all day!!
- it's good that they have just signed in for a seventh season because i can barely live without one tree hill! it feeds my mind and soul with so much things that lets me reflect on what i am.
- AAH! I LOVE ONE TREE HILL, I HEART ONE TREE HILL!!
- i just can't LEAVE one tree hill...xoxo!!

of internet and whatnots
- after i became one of them, or shall i say, another unemployed nurse, the world has left me nothing to do but sulk in the wonder that is INTERNET!
- the internet continues to amaze me. i have been an internet user for over 5-6 years now. Quite a little number, but i can tell that it has just got blew me away!
- a couple of months ago, i've started to unravel the world of online shopping via Multiply, a supposed social networking site which for me, is a haven of online goodies! From, tops, dresses, bottoms, to books and accessories to even cupcakes! too bad they can't ship those yummylicious cupcakes to iloilo. I have yet to try them. but recently, i came upon a site where choco crispies in different flavors are sold and they also ship anywhere! thinking of it for christmas gifts.. hehe!if, that leaves me enough money on my Gcash account. haha!
- After a couple of months looking around temptation, i decided to open an online shop myself. it is for the purpose of getting extra cash since my allowance was cut off since ages ago, and what was left in my wallet was not very well cooperating. so, i became another one of them, internet sellers! yippee!
- online shopping became even more fun by then. having my own gcash account made it even more easier to pay and be paid. no cash on hand, just digits on a globe SIM.
- online selling paid me 1420 on the first month. and at the same time, i splurged on 1480 worth of books on ebay, the twilight saga series by stephenie meyer. How's that for bankruptcy!
- as for the 60 pesos balance, lucky me a buyer will be cashing in the next day. so what i did was deposit 1000 for the books so that i can assure the seller that the books will be for me, and only me!hehe..and also to assure myself that those books are not going anywhere. so the next day, i closed the payment with an additional 480 pesos. the items were shipped right away and came in the next day even if it's a holiday. after a long day of iv therapy training, those books lit me up as well as my firends' since we will be practicing some demos at my house when i opened the package.
- before having the tangible books, i came upon the e-book. i never ever thought that i can read books in the internet knowing my preference of a tangible book with neat covers, no dents, no yellow pages and especially no lines on the books spine! but through twilight, i discovered something new. i came upon the e-book and audio book, although the audio book can definitely put you to slumberland. i read the first 2 books through e-book.
- now i can really conclude that you can live with internet alone plus a bathroom and a shelter. the internet can dress you up in any occasion, can feed you and can give you limitless recreation. wow.
- another internet splurge is the downloadables! i downloaded many movies and almost every episode of one tree hill and gossip girl. i just stopped now with my series downloads since it's crowding my computer space. i just watch it on you tube or surfthechannel.com every tuesdays. what's fun is that you can download hard to find movies; movies that i grew up to as a child that i cannot see now in any channel and definitely nowhere in video shops.
- i may sound off and queer but this is so much fum for me, especially when you've got nothing to do, when all your friends are reviewing for the board exam or some international exams, or taking up another course. the internet makes me sane now. it keeps me company as i decide on what to take on now.
- plus, it doesn't hurt when a staff from GMA-7's mel and joey orders from you (it was later cancelled though) to be used for an episode and an inquirer reporter emails you for an interview! (though i got to answer it a week later since i haven't checked the email address of my YM account. grr). oh well, what's a close shot to fame than nothing at all?!

just waiting in vain..
i’m waiting in vain for the board results, for love, for one tree hill S6 and gossip girl S2..
we thought the results would be in last july 20 but it did not come. i was anxious the whole day for nothing! this morning, papa was about to run to surf the net but he heard the wrong thing on bombo radio. it was the architecture boards that came out, not nursing. (haha!)
as for love, it was and still is a blank page. as in white blank page with no specks of the littlest dust around.
onetreehillblog.com is making me want OTH more! the spoilers are making me drool! peyton was the one who answered the call? one main character will be back and one character will be out? quentin died? nanny carrie’s back? i can’t wait much longer! let september come..please!
my everyday is a bore! but it still is better than loading myself in some school stuff i can’t even decipher! i love learning but i never liked studying. it has been exactly 1 month and 20 days that i haven’t drowned myself on study materials and i haven’t changed my mind on saying that not being a student is great, except for the no allowance thing since i rarely go out of my castle tower. hehe! i can never imagine myself saying that life is better if you’re a student..but let’s just see..

show them what friendship means!
people always leave.
.
- the one tree hill sucker in me relates with peyton’s words. why do people leave when you just established a strong bond? is the answer life??
- first, a close high school friend leaves to transfer school. next, a college best friend leaves the country for good. i was hoping nothing will follow but i was wrong, as usual.
- i was kinda mesmerized when i saw the new sectioning this morning. queencie and i are not classmates anymore.
- all we’re asking is for us to be together and chance did not give it. we were both in awe. we will be together for the june exams so we’re hoping that we would still be classmates since our other best buds are december board takers, so for sure, we won’t be classmates with them. we thought that the teachers know that we are always together so they
- separated the three of us who belong in one section and the two of our friends who are classmates last sem. what’s left of us is ourselves.
- what’s bitter is that we thought the "separation" is intentional. most of the batch’s "buddies" are still classmates..a couple of the "labidabs" are together in one section. i hope this is just a coincidence.. but WHY US? what makes us any different? i hate the fact that we are not classmates! i don’t have anyone closer than an ordinary friend there. i am just imagining myself sitting in the center of the classroom with all those people staring blankly at my self in solitude.
- i was irked by the thought more than i was disheartened. we even tried to ask if the sectioning was final and if queens can transfer. she just replied: "that’s life..you’ll still be separated soon so you must learn.." gosh! soon is not now! all i’m asking since the very beginning is to be with the right people in my last year! it was right during the first sem but why not now when we’re months away from getting that diploma?? another teacher was quite surprised that we won’t be together anymore. i can fell that she’s indirectly empathizing with us. how can i laugh and enjoy whole heartedly amidst all this? we all felt that way today.
- i don’t know how to put what i feel now into tame words. i was just vexed by the thought that we won’t be classmates for the whole second semester! WHY? WHY? this would be difficult. we are used to do almost all things together. we BONDED!
- gosh..this is so hard. i feel alone. i really feel ALONE!
- am i going to cry? am i going to scream? this is harder than i thought. i did not expect that it would not be so easy for me to cope since i’m like a semi-social butterfly. i almost get around with people well. except for some useless creatures whom i don’t waste my time with and in which a couple of them are my classmates next sem. grr!i just don’t feel them that much.
- we were just talking earlier that we should look on the bright side. maybe this happened so we can concentrate much and not to dilly dally on our silly escapades. let’s just see. but now, i just don’t know what’s in store for us but i know God has a grater plan. He always does. like with my pharmacology. He made me repeat the course so that i could be constantly reminded that there are a lot of people who are so much better than my silly brain. thank God, i found the meaning!
- with all this in mind, we decided to open a friendster account of the royal league of beauty and brains and to make a tshirt that says:
- people always leave…but sometimes, they come back..
- i can’t do anything bout this anymore. let chance find its way..
- so tonight, i’m painting my toes in red polish! if the heart bleeds, so will the toes..haha! i always want to wear red nail polish..
- toodles.
