word got OUT!

• MICROSOFT WORD WENT BALLISTIC ON ME!!! 2 TIMES!!!

• luckily i saved my files a minute too early for the first glitch but darn! a moment too late for the last..grrr!!! i lost 2 paragraphs for the first and my whole answer for question number 7 for the next which is almost a paper long!!!!!

• why does technology get you when you are sooo NOT in the mood?! ahhh! this has happened to me too many times now...i hate those programs/ softwares/ whatever-you-call them things!!!
